SUMMARY
Exciting role for a driven, self-starter to manage sales of one of the UK's leading non-wired bra specialists. Opportunity to grow sales, working with some of the UK's largest fashion retailers alongside small independents and direct to consumer. Office based in North Oxfordshire.
Salary – negotiable depending on experience
Hours – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract (Maternity Cover) – 12 months
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Marketing Team Management
· Lead sales, customer experience and marketing strategy to feed into overall business plan
· Line manage Customer Service Sales Advisor and Marketing Executives
· Oversee UK sales agents
· Collaborate with and support Commercial Manager Exports
Sales budgeting and analysis
· Manage and grow key accounts in the UK
· Work with directors to set sales budget based on past performance and potential future business
· Report on monthly sales agent turnover figures against targets
· Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting
· Monitor pricing strategy for all product, taking competitor activity into consideration
· Identify new business opportunities in the UK to increase market share
· Lead all UK trade shows
· Lead sales strategy meetings in collboration with Commercial Manager Exports
Product
· Product range management, working closely with design team
· Assist with stock management
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 5 years experience working within fashion or lingerie industry
· Commercial and market knowledge and negotiation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Hands-on, practical attitude to problem solving within projects and process improvements
· People management
