About You You are a caring and dedicated early years professional who: Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above Ideally has experience supporting young children who live with SEND Uses knowledge of child development and the EYFS to deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences Supports individual care plans, observing, assessing, and recording progress to help children reach their full potential Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported Works collaboratively with the SENDCo, colleagues, and families, using a strong parents-as-partners approach Equality, Inclusion & Next Steps We are an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people of all ages and backgrounds.
