Job Title: Telesales Representative
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (Basic)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About Your New Telesales Representative Role:
* Make outbound calls to new prospects (20+ calls per day) to generate leads and increase sales
* Develop new business relationships within the Powered Access Hire sector
* Assist with marketing efforts to support new business generation
* Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system
* Collaborate with the sales team for follow-ups, proposals, and quotes
* Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements for the Telesales Representative Role Include:
* Previous telesales experience, ideally within the Powered Access or hire industry
* Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
* Comfortable with a high volume of calls (20+ calls a day) and proactive lead generation
* Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
* Ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
* A positive, professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
