Sales Representative – Wolverhampton
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative to join a leading equipment supplier in the equestrian sector, based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an excellent salary, uncapped commission, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a supportive and expanding business.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, field-based (hours flexible) Salary: £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission + company car

Day-to-Day Duties As a Sales Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to: • Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to maximise opportunities in your region • Demonstrating, promoting, and selling equipment to new and existing customers • Proactively contacting customers via phone and email to build relationships and secure new business • Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets • Providing marketing feedback and suggestions to drive market trends • Recording and reporting market activity to other departments • Managing your own work schedule and travel plans • Maintaining strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies and procedures
Essential Skills To be successful as a Sales Representative, you will need: • Proven sales experience with the ability to exceed targets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable Experience • Previous experience in the agricultural or equestrian sector • Experience managing a regional sales territory • Familiarity with CRM systems • Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight when required
