We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer who is on the cusp of achieving Chartered status for this position however, if you are already Charted, please apply - there is lots of training and support to help you whether that be signing off attributes or practicing for the interview.
As a pivotal member of the civil engineering department, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of projects, from preconstruction drawings through to hand over.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver innovative solutions for various projects
Utilise your proficiency in Microdrainage software to develop effective drainage solutions for diverse project requirements.
Create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD, both in 2D and 3D, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct site visits (alongside senior team members) and surveys to gather relevant data and assess project feasibility.
Provide technical expertise and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Actively working towards Chartered status with a recognised professional engineering institution.
Proven experience with microdrainage software.
Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience in both 2D and 3D design.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Benefits:
