We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team in a key sales and business development role. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established manufacturing business where you’ll play a vital role in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued success.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing both new and existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
8. Handle customer enquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner
9. Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
10. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
11. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
12. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
What We’re Looking For:
13. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (ideally within a B2B or manufacturing environment)
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
16. Highly organised with good attention to detail
17. Self-motivated and target-driven
18. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
19. Access to your own car
