* Full-time – 40 hours per week (part-time hours also considered)

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming team at Shooting Stars Nursery in Bromsgrove.
This is a great opportunity for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3 candidates looking to develop their skills within a supportive and well-established setting. About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
* Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Have experience within a nursery or early years environment (preferred but not essential for newly qualified applicants)
* Are confident working within the EYFS framework
* Have knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice, including supporting children with additional needs
* Are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
* Planning and providing engaging, child-centred learning opportunities
* Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Developing positive partnerships with parents and carers
* Supporting high standards of care, learning and Ofsted expectations across the nursery
