Base pay range: £75K base + £15K guaranteed in year one.
Fast‑track progression to Head of Sales (9–12 months).

The Role
* Sell mission‑critical communication equipment to international dealers & distributors
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, account development
* Grow commercial partnerships across high‑stakes sectors
* Explain technical detail clearly and build long‑term commercial trust
* Support and mentor the sales team as you prepare to step into leadership
What You’ll Need
* Strong B2B product sales experience (technical/hardware ideal)
* Confidence in high‑volume, phone‑based international sales
* Experience mentoring or supporting a sales team
* Ability to manage global channel/distributor relationships
* Comfortable being 100% office‑based in Borehamwood/NW London
