Overview
The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department within a growing organisation. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting systems.
* Support in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external use.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
* Respond to queries from clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
* A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial systems.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
