An exciting opportunity awaits you as Salesforce Administrator in our Technology & Process Optimisation team. The role is responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com, including system configuration, maintenance, enhancements/upgrades, creation of reports and dashboards, end‑user training and data integrations, and ensuring data hygiene and integrity. You will collaborate with functional leaders to identify, define and implement changes to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high‑growth environment, and assist the Senior Salesforce Administrator with technical deployments from sandbox to production.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical and problem‑solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation. We seek a self‑starter with a bias toward action, who can recognise and recommend process improvements, identify new opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com, and be motivated, team‑oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology.
This permanent position is based in our London Kings Cross office with hybrid working arrangements (expectation to be in the office 3 days per week).

Requirements
* Oversee configuration, design, functionality, and end‑user support for the Salesforce platform
* Configure and maintain custom objects, workflows, approval processes, security settings, and integrations within Salesforce
* Manage user roles, profiles, and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance
* Implement change control, best practices, and release management following Agile methodology
* Collaborate with business stakeholders (especially Contact Centre) to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce‑based solutions
* Handle data imports, deduplication, clean‑up, and maintain integrations with connected applications (e.g., Marketing Cloud, DocuSign)
* Identify risks, drive process improvements, and support adoption of new tools and processes
* Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain CRM systems and support cross‑functional projects
Qualifications
* A university degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
* Salesforce Administrator certification
* Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and developing on the Salesforce.com platform
* Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (medium to advanced level)
* Strong understanding of workflows, approval processes, security settings, and integrations within Salesforce
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, including handling professional discussions
* Familiarity with best practices for system maintenance, data integrity, and change control processes
