Proposals Coordinator
Location: Southampton
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Wild Recruitment is pleased to partner with a client who is a specialist in their industry, seeking a Proposals Coordinator.
Ideally, you will have experience in tendering and preparing proposals for new contracts.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
* Coordinating and preparing tender bids
* Submitting tender bids and proposals promptly and tracking progress
* Recognizing new business opportunities and collaborating closely with the sales team
* Serving as the main point of contact for new business and proposals for new clients and internal departments
* Processing sales orders
* Issuing quotes and following up
* Managing customer warranties
* Checking in with new customers to ensure satisfaction
* Developing product knowledge to handle customer inquiries confidently
* Supporting all departments with administrative duties
* Making outbound calls to existing customers to build relationships and reduce spend
Ideal candidate attributes:
* Experience with tender bids and proposals
* Confidence in making outbound sales calls
* Ability to manage a busy workload
* Experience in a similar role
