Community Enforcement Officer – Cardiff

What we per hour (£565 per week based on 40 hours), plus paid overtime
1. Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:45 – early starts, early finish
2. Full training and ongoing support to help you succeed

Your role:
5. Patrol designated areas to enforce local laws and maintain community standards
6. Work closely with colleagues, residents, and local police to resolve issues
7. Educate the public on waste and litter regulations
8. Prepare clear, detailed reports on your findings and actions
9. Respond professionally and swiftly to concerns raised
What we’re looking for:
10. Confident communicator comfortable working independently and as part of a team
11. Able to manage tricky situations calmly and professionally
12. Basic knowledge of local laws is helpful but not essential – full training provided
13. Full UK driving licence required for some roles
14. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
