You'll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, continuously meet performance targets, and demonstrate effective leadership. You'll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience!
Your responsibilities include defining daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, developing monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensuring excellent store administration, managing inventory and daily operations, and fostering employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections with your team by celebrating successes.
