We are looking for a receptionist to join a boutique investment firm in a permanent basis. Based in new Mayfair offices, the team of 20 have built a fantastic culture, working collaborative to cultivate a family feel. As the company is growing, the successful candidate will join a team of two support staff in a newly created role.
THE ROLE:
The role is based on reception, but with the opportunity for overflow admin from the wider team:
* Meeting and greeting all guests
* Refreshment and catering
* Meeting room management
* Switchboard management
* Management of communal areas and stock
* Liaising with maintenance and cleaning staff
* Ad hoc travel and expense management
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and collaborative approach to the role. Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to the role are essential. The team is looking for a new member to help drive positive changes within the business as a whole.
