Bottling Hall Engineer (Electrical-bias)
Bathgate
Fri – Sun (either 6am – 6pm OR 7am – 7pm)
Nine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing are proud to be working with a leading drinks manufacturer who are currently looking for an Electrically biased Engineer to join their team in Bathgate.
Responsibilities
1. Support main Engineering operations and objectives.
2. Carry out all work in a hygienic manner and contribute to the hygienic condition of the site.
3. Provide Engineering support to Operations as per schedules. Duties include (but are not limited to): reacting promptly to breakdowns and inspection, equipment overhauls and carrying out scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance.
4. Actively use CMMS System.
5. Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery, including PLC upgrades and programme adjustments, Drive installations including installing and updating parameter settings, HMI replacements pumps, gearboxes, motors, valves, etc.
6. Installing, inspecting and repairing equipment in (ATEX/DSEAR) hazardous areas.
7. Maintain service records for plant and equipment, including monitoring and reporting on equipment running conditions.
