About the role
As Senior Account Manager, you will be the lead day-to-day client contact for a portfolio of international brands, reporting into an Account Director or Client Services Director. Depending on the complexity of your accounts, you may also work with (and help mentor) account managers or executives.
You will:
* Build strong, trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor
* Communicate digital strategies and tactical plans clearly and confidently
* Review performance, identify opportunities, and proactively evolve the work
* Coordinate internal delivery teams and our global LIME network to ensure high-quality output
* Bring cultural curiosity and insight to every project, helping clients understand what makes consumers tick in different markets
Our clients span multiple sectors and countries, so an interest in global audiences, cultural nuance, and international digital marketing is essential.
About you
You will have…
* Significant experience managing client relationships in a digital marketing agency, ideally in a Senior AM or strong AM role
* Strong understanding of paid and/or organic digital channels, with direct experience managing search and/or social campaigns
* Proven ability to shape strategy, not just manage activity
* A track record of building commercially strong client relationships
* Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and guiding them to deliver their best work
* Confident, thoughtful communication skills across email, calls, meetings, and presentations
* An active interest in industry developments and a desire to keep learning
