Role Details
Hybrid, Inside IR35 role. Differentis is looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients to support a change programme by ensuring effective people side change, with a focus on engagement, communication, and adoption.
Responsibilities
* Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across the programme
* Deliver and manage programme communications
* Support training and business readiness activities
* Assist with change impact and adoption activities
* Work closely with delivery teams to embed change into rollout
* Drive user engagement, awareness, and adoption of new ways of working
