Salary: £26,761.88 per annum + £40 per sleep-in

My client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to work with children and young people aged 11 to 19 who experience barriers to learning. These may include:

* Autism

* Communication difficulties

* Sensory-based learning needs

* Associated challenging behaviours

Youll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that values every staff members contribution and is committed to helping young people thrive, learn, and grow in a safe and structured environment.

What Youll Do:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs

2. Help young people build life skills, independence, and self-confidence

3. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
