The role of Property Administrator involves:
* Managing the onboarding of new customers to the platform.
* Ensuring contracts and documents are completed in a timely manner.
* Liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers to speed the process up.
* Keeping the customers informed of any new changes.
* Working to bring the completion date for customers are close as possible.
* Having a strong working relationship with the sales team.
For the Property Administrator, you need:
* Previous estate agency, real estate, mortgages or legal admin experience.
* Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.
