We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team! What You'll Do: As a Poster Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the visual presentation of our media campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: Installing and removing posters across various retail locations in Anglia. Ensuring all displays are visually appealing and adhere to brand standards. Collaborating with a friendly team to manage installation schedules. Reporting any issues or needs for maintenance promptly.What We're Looking For: A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual merchandising. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential. Fitters are responsible for managing their own workload within this period. Job/Fitting sheets are emailed to fitters one week prior to the scheduled fitting start date. Work Hours Working hours are self-managed by the fitter, allowing flexibility to complete the assigned work within the fitting window. Pay Rate £0.22 per poster fitted. Fitters typically install between 1,000 and 5,000 posters per week, depending on the assigned patch and workload. £0.10 per panel fitted when required.
