Job Description
* Develop, implement, and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and selected indirect categories, in alignment with overall procurement and business objectives
* Manage sourcing activities related to technical equipment, machinery, and service contracts across multiple regions
* Take full end-to-end ownership of assigned categories, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, pricing, lead times, and performance management
* Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing initiatives, standardization, and supplier consolidation
* Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to support CAPEX projects and ensure alignment with technical and business requirements
* Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships, including evaluation of new suppliers and technologies
* Monitor supplier markets, industry trends, and innovations in equipment and technical services
* Support global CAPEX planning and investment projects from sourcing perspective
Qualifications
* Experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing of technical equipment, services, or CAPEX-related projects
* Experience with CAPEX categories is an advantage
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
* Ability to manage complex, cross-functional and international projects
* Experience working with technical stakeholders (engineering, maintenance, operations) is an advantage
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
* Fluency in English is required
* Willingness to travel occasionally
