An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an exceptional leader to join our leadership team as an Assistant Headteacher at Hilldene Primary School. This is an exciting time to join our dedicated and values-driven team, developing and improving systems and processes to enhance the quality of education for our children and improve outcomes academically and socially.
The Assistant Headteacher will have leadership and management responsibilities, making a significant contribution to the school's leadership. They will demonstrate the capacity, knowledge, and skills necessary to lead and manage various aspects of school life. Ideally, this position suits someone with leadership experience in a smaller school who is seeking to gain experience and develop as a leader in a larger setting.
Our new Assistant Head will:

* have a clear understanding of excellent teaching and learning, and the ability to lead and develop staff in these areas.
* be capable of leading the analysis of performance data.
