Position Overview
One of the world's leading manufacturers of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment is looking for a Building Services Engineer to join their ever‑growing team in the south. Working on large commercial sites you will be responsible for service & maintenance, commissioning and undertaking warranty works.
Responsibilities
* Service and commissioning of specified products in accordance with relevant procedures
* Undertake planned and reactive maintenance across the commercial portfolio
* Undertake warranty work and clarify whether works are covered under policy
* Survey and undertake small works where required for unit repairs and upgrades
* Engage in self‑development to ensure skills and knowledge remain up to date and relevant
* Feedback to sales department and take responsibility for checking on status
* Respond to client enquiries when required
* Promote a positive image of the company at all times
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience and knowledge of humidifiers and building service equipment
* Strong experience working in HVAC, commercial plant room environments
* Knowledge, understanding and positive approach to health & safety
* NVQ level 2/3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Air Conditioning (desirable)
* F‑gas knowledge (desirable)
* Full driving licence
