£95 – £110 depedent on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Teach trained Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at our specialist SEND school in Rotherham. Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to students with a range of SEND requirements
* Implement Team Teach techniques to support positive behaviour management
* Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver individualised learning programmes
* Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
* Assist with personal care needs where appropriate
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to student assessments
* Support students during break times and educational visits
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including teachers, therapists, and support staff
Essential Requirements
* Current Team Teach certification (must be up to date)
* Previous experience working with children/young people with SEND
* Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and resilience
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
* Commitment to promoting inclusive education
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
