Key Responsibilities:
* Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
* Managing starters, leavers, and changes to employee details
* Calculating statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and SPP
* Handling payroll queries and providing excellent employee support
* Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
* Assisting with pension administration and related reporting
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in payroll administration (essential)
* Good understanding of current payroll legislation
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Confident using payroll software and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
