Your new role A newly created opportunity has opened for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations and contribute to strategic business initiatives. The successful candidate will manage a small team and partner closely with senior leadership to improve financial processes, reporting, and insight across the business. Core Responsibilities: Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger activities Prepare monthly management accounts with commentary Process payroll in line with statutory and internal requirements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Support strategic projects such as pricing, system upgrades, and process improvements Ensure ongoing compliance with finance policies and regulations What you'll need to succeed This role is ideally suited to a qualified finance professional with strong leadership experience, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset. You'll bring a solid understanding of core finance functions, confidence in data analysis and systems, and the ability to drive improvement while fostering positive team culture.
