You will act as a trusted adviser to the IGC and support the Committee’s Chair, ensuring the provision of quality MI and governance documentation to enable them to discharge their regulatory responsibilities as set out in FCA rules. You will provide support and advice on a range of topics to assist the IGC in reaching their conclusions on Value for Money and will represent the IGC on projects delivering the single Value for Money framework.

* Collaborating internally and with outsourced partners.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Member-oriented, subject matter expert in pensions governance with experience in DC pension schemes.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective with independent members and senior stakeholders.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Competitive salary: circa £80,000 (national), circa £90,000 (London), depending on skills and experience.

* Supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.
* Flexible benefits, including sustainability options like cycle to work.
* Paid volunteering days and wellbeing support.
