Acting as a conduit across all ROOTF workstreams, you’ll embed the customer lens into governance, prioritisation, and delivery decisions to ensure operational transformation delivers measurable improvement in customer experience and outcomes.Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll drive forward a transformation roadmap focused on efficiency, accountability, and data-led decision making.This is a strategic role at the heart of a major change programme. If you're passionate about driving meaningful change and thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.What will I be doing?In this role, you’ll take ownership of the product direction for a key pillar of the Road Operations Transformation programme, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency and fulfilment performance.You’ll define and evolve a clear, outcome-focused product roadmap, aligning customer journey needs with operational priorities and wider strategic goals. Using robust, data-led business cases, you’ll enable confident decision-making and ensure that every investment drives tangible results.Acting as a senior voice of the customer, you’ll translate complex business requirements into impactful, practical solutions that enhance operational excellence, while embedding meaningful performance metrics into everyday decision-making.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, confidently capturing, challenging and refining requirements to ensure clarity and precision. At the same time, you’ll bring fresh external perspective by keeping a close eye on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practice in service operations and fulfilment.Collaboration will be central to your success. You’ll partner with fellow Product Managers and Business Application Owners to shape and prioritise a product backlog that balances customer value, operational impact, feasibility, and adoption risk.You’ll also drive strong governance and alignment, maintaining clear documentation and ensuring all activity supports broader organisational objectives. With your subject matter expertise, you’ll oversee solution design and testing, making sure outputs are fit for purpose and ready for effective operational adoption.As part of a complex transformation environment, you’ll proactively identify and manage cross-functional dependencies to enable smooth delivery and integration of new solutions. You’ll keep senior stakeholders informed with clear, data-driven updates on progress, risks, trade-offs and realised outcomes.Finally, you’ll define and track success metrics to continuously measure impact and inform prioritisation, while contributing to the future operating model for roadside operations—ensuring that technology, processes and customer experience evolve together in a cohesive, forward looking way.What do I need?You’ll bring proven experience delivering product or business transformation that drives measurable improvements in customer outcomes and operational performance. Confident setting product direction, you can define clear priorities and roadmaps aligned to customer journeys, commercial goals and efficiency.You’re experienced in managing and influencing senior stakeholders, and comfortable working across complex organisations. You know how to shape backlogs, define requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver value iteratively.With a strong analytical mindset, you use data, customer insight and performance metrics to inform decisions and measure impact. You’re also a clear communicator, able to lead workshops, drive strategic discussions and build alignment at all levels.You understand service-led environments and how technology, systems and processes come together to deliver scalable outcomes. You champion the end-to-end customer journey, using approaches like journey mapping and service design to continuously improve experience.Experience in service operations, logistics, field service or fulfilment is valuable, alongside familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma and Microsoft 365.Personally, you’re pragmatic, outcome-focused and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You think systemically, make well-reasoned decisions, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders—challenging constructively where needed.You’re collaborative, emotionally intelligent and resilient, able to build strong relationships and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
