Legal Administrator
Location: Hybrid (2 days Wilmslow, 3 days from home)
Contract: 6 month FTC

The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Executive to join our Finance team in a key role supporting the pre‑litigation process. Working closely with our Solicitors, you’ll play an important part in managing legal documentation, handling queries, preparing reports, and ensuring cases progress efficiently. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, professional, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment.
What you will do
* Accurately manage the write‑off process for contracts, ensuring records are maintained and updated in line with company procedures
* Prepare and compile detailed month‑end reports for the Accounts team, coordinating timely submission to Solicitors
* Act as the main point of contact for Solicitors, responding to queries and providing clear, accurate information in a professional and timely manner
* Create and prepare comprehensive legal packs and supporting documentation for Solicitors, ensuring all materials are complete and well‑organised
* Produce regular weekly and monthly reports, delivering clear insights to support decision‑making and operational performance

* Quick to learn and confident in adapting to new systems and processes, with a natural ability to get up to speed efficiently.
* Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to engage clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively, even in fast‑paced environments.
* Maintains a consistently professional approach, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
* Brings a positive, proactive mindset and contributes to a motivated and collaborative team culture.
* Demonstrates a strong work ethic, taking ownership and pride in delivering consistently high standards.
* Skilled in negotiation, with the ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships.
* Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, applying these tools effectively to support day‑to‑day tasks and reporting.
