Offer description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Debt Management’s Business Delivery Performance and Change (BDPC) Team. The team undertakes high-profile, demanding work that shapes how Debt Management as an organisation manages its change agenda, drives continuous improvement, allocates resources, assesses performance, and coordinates work streams in the face of competing priorities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders across Debt Management and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), with the goal of empowering Operational Leaders to make informed, evidence-based decisions that enhance customer service and organisational performance.

The role may also encompass line management duties, such as supporting and developing team members, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and overseeing performance and wellbeing. Fostering an inclusive and cooperative team culture, providing guidance on professional development, and ensuring objectives are clearly communicated and met will be expected.

As the Business Delivery, Performance and Change Manager for Debt Management (DM), you will lead your team in delivering multiple high-profile initiatives aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.

You will be involved in projects and programmes that impact both colleagues and customers, working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of change throughout the department.

This environment is dynamic and requires sustained delivery at pace.
