You can expect a very balanced role, as the Lead Nurse will be focusing on clinical work as well as team leadership/development responsibilities. The surgery will be very flexible when it comes to the hours and working days that you desire. Salary – £48,750 – £58,500 full time equivalent salary + 5 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension

Your role –
* Full-time or Part-Time role (minimum 25 hours)
* Chronic Disease Management
* Management and long-term development of the Nursing team
* All pre-booked, face-to-face appointments
* Own clinical room
* Dedicated admin time
