The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Chemistry Teacher to join our team. You will teach KS3 and KS4 Chemistry, preparing students for their GCSEs and helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and extra-curricular science activities.
* Support students' academic and personal development.
* Work collaboratively within the science department and wider school community.
Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Chemistry or Science.
* Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Chemistry.
* Excellent classroom management skills and ability to motivate students.
* Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
* Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
