Are you a driven Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Cambridge? We are working with an established and forward-thinking practice that is keen to welcome a talented solicitor with around 2 years’ PQE into their growing property team

The Role
You will work as part of a well-respected commercial property team, advising a broad client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of matters, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant work
* Commercial leases
* Property finance and secured lending
* Development projects
You’ll benefit from close partner support while also being encouraged to take ownership of your own matters as your experience develops
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Strong technical grounding and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
* Ambition to progress within a reputable and growing firm
