You'll be working on a variety of Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Priva, and Cylon systems within hospitals, universities, office complexes, and manufacturing sites. Expect every day to be different — from fine-tuning HVAC control strategies to commissioning new energy-efficient solutions that reduce carbon output and costs for clients.

What you'll be doing
* Service, maintain, and commission a range of BMS and HVAC control systems including Trend IQ Vision, Siemens Desigo CC, and Tridium Niagara 4.
* Carry out software adjustments, panel inspections, and energy optimisation projects to improve building performance.
* Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently, using front-end tools and field devices.
* Support project delivery - from small upgrades to large-scale system migrations.
* Produce clear reports, as-fitted drawings, and documentation for clients.
* Work independently on-site while collaborating closely with project and service teams.
What you'll need
* Previous experience as a BMS or Controls Engineer
* Strong technical understanding of control logic and system integration
* Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or similar platforms
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and a professional, proactive approach
