Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester for a Workshop Manager/fitter. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring the efficient maintenance, repair, and management of construction equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising maintenance activities, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues and fostering a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment. The role will require collaboration with other team members to ensure timely project delivery and optimal performance of the workshop.
