We’re recruiting for a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Fakenham, set across five acres of outdoor space. The school supports pupils aged 5–16 with Communication and Interaction needs, many with autism traits. All pupils hold EHCPs and are supported to work towards mainstream academic milestones, including SATs and GCSEs. About the Role You’ll provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs, helping them to develop socially, emotionally, and academically in a calm, structured environment.
