TeacherActive are working with a mainstream infant school in the Nottingham area that are currently seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their wonderful team. The role entails working with a child at Foundation level. The role itself will be a full-time, long-term placement with the possibility to go to permanent. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be working 1:1 with the child and helping them develop both educationally and socially.
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:
* Experience working in Early Years
* Comfortable working 1:1 with children with SEN
* Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Level 2 or above relevant qualification is preferred
