What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in Benefits Administration within a complex, multi-country or multicultural environment
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit information clearly and effectively
* Ability to interpret benefit policies, support process improvements, and deliver exceptional service
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, or similar platforms
* Knowledge of regional employment laws and benefits legislation relevant to the UK and Europe
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
Nice To Have Skills
* Prior experience within HR Shared Services delivery models
* Coaching or training skills to develop team or stakeholder capabilities
* Familiarity with wellness programs and vendor management
* Experience supporting benefits system implementations and enhancements
Preferred Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
* Several years of hands-on Benefits Administration experience in fast-moving, global environments
* Knowledge of social security programs, vendor management, and compliance frameworks
Other Requirements
* This position is office-based with a flexible work model, including 50% remote work
* Employment to commence in January 2026
* Must hold valid employment eligibility within the UK
