Our client, a global family owned business based in Taplow, is looking for a bright, detail orientated and proactive individual to join their Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key part of the team - acting as the first point of contact for customers, managing queries and ensuring the smooth administration of rental contracts, repairs and invoicing. This a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global, customer focused company. The role is office based Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm) and is offering a competitive salary with generous benefits and an end of year bonus based on company performance. Due to location, the successful candidate must drive and have their own car. Duties include Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries Managing shared inboxes and keep communication flowing Arranging equipment despatch, updating contracts, handling collections, cancellations, and monthly invoicing Preparing quotes and following up, managing the process from receipt to despatch and invoice Processing credits, stock returns, raising invoices and creating fixed assets for rental tools Chasing contracts and POs, maintaining paperwork, and scanning documents daily Skills/Experience Previous experience in customer service or administration Confidence on the phone and excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude Essential: Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills Desirable: Experience with Microsoft CRM and Navision Benefits Pension Scheme 25 days holiday bank holidays Private Medical Insurance (after 2 years of service) Free onsite parking 4x Salary Life Assurance Beautiful rural location A chance to grow within a global, customer-focused organisation Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
