A leading regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their nationally recognised and continually expanding Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 5 years’ experience who has a strong grounding in private client work and is looking to develop their career within a well-established and highly respected practice.
Based in Worcester, you’ll be joining a refreshed and ambitious team with clear pathways for progression and the chance to become a future leader within the practice.
The Role
Working as part of a specialist, high-performing Private Client department, you will:
* Advise clients on a broad spectrum of private client matters
* Prepare and advise on Wills, trusts, estate administration, probate and Court of Protection matters
* Work with high-net-worth individuals, private family and charitable trusts, and clients with domestic and international estate planning needs
* Keep up to date with technical developments in the private client sector
* Collaborate with colleagues across the team to share knowledge and best practice
* Contribute to business development and identify opportunities to build the client base
About You
The firm is looking for someone who brings:
* 2–6 years’ PQE in Private Client work
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
* A collaborative, team-focused approach
* Strong client relationship skills
* Commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic advice
* High levels of organisation, attention to detail and ambition
* Proficiency with IT systems
