Your new role
1. Provide solution consultation, customer solution demonstrations, business needs and goals clarification, high-level requirements gathering and clarifications, etc.
2. Contribute to the creation of the Statement of Work document in terms of scope & requirements clarification, effort estimates etc.
3. Lead requirements and specification definition with the client and drive the necessary documentation as input to the SW development team
4. Define, analyse, specify, document and manage (functional / non-functional) requirements
5. Drive close alignments with the product and development teams
6. Provide architecture and integration consultation
7. Understand overall technical aspects of PDI’s software, including application architecture and infrastructure application configuration
8. Ensure alignment of the internal and external technical teams involved in the implementation
9. Provide solution support and issue analysis / clarification during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation as necessary
10. Manage and execute System & Integration Testing ( test plans, test execution, issue analysis & verification, etc.)
11. Troubleshooting implementation issues and resolution verification
12. Provide User Training
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need a solid background in dealing with integration through API, SQL queries whilst being able to read scripts and interact with developers at technical level. You must be able to drive collaboration between technical teams and understand client requirements based on knowledge of solutions. Must be able to configure and guide client.

Strong written and verbalmunication skills are a must, as you'll need to conveyplex ideas clearly and effectively. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, focused team environment, able to work independently while contributing to the team's success.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise them effectively, even withpeting deadlines, is crucial. You'll need strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Influencing decisions and socialising ideas without direct authority will be part of your daily routine, so being persuasive and collaborative is important.
A natural curiosity and a desire to learn, both independently and by asking questions, will serve you well. Finally, you should be self-sufficient in handling at least five types of billable projects, showcasing your versatility and expertise.
