Responsibilities
* Support Store Management by opening, closing, and running the store when needed (holidays, days off, sickness, etc.).
* Assist customers in a friendly, engaging way to meet their creative needs and inspire repeat visits.
* Handle stock, pricing, and merchandising tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
* Assist with keyholding duties where applicable, including training and pay enhancements when holding keys.
Keyholder and Employment Details
* Keyholder: If you\'re over 18, you\'ll join as a keyholder with associated responsibilities and pay enhancements.
* Under 18: If you\'re under 18, you won\'t yet perform keyholding duties, but you\'ll be trained for when you turn 18 to earn the additional pay enhancement.
