We are seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for safety, service, and professional development to join our team at Luxury residential health club in Nine Elms
If you’re a strong swimmer looking to build a career in luxury fitness and leisure, this is the perfect opportunity.
We provide full training and support to help you achieve your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and develop your career in the premium wellness industry.
What We’re Looking For:
1. MUST be a strong swimmer.
2. Confident communicator, enthusiastic about providing first-class service in an exclusive environment
3. Eager to learn, grow, and progress in the elite leisure sector
4. Reliable, professional, and a great team player
5. Must be able to work a mix of shifts, Early, lates and weekends including being able to start at 5.45am in Nine Elms
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Day, which includes:
Swim Test – Demonstrate your swimming ability
Team Building Exercises – Show us your teamwork and problem-solving skills
Interview – Get to know us and discuss your career ambitions
