JOB TITLE: Transport Planning Executive - Luton
SHIFTS: 4 on 4 off, 07:00 - 19:00
SALARY: £31,668 - £33,852 DOE
BASE: Luton

With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe, we are looking for a Transport Planning Executive to play a major role in our Global Solutions team.
Our dedicated airside fleet and driving team allow us to offer a transparent, end-to-end aviation logistics service, including domestic and international scheduled transport, freight management, UK & European aircraft-on-ground (AOG) transport, and inventory management. We deliver the 'last mile' directly into the hands of airline engineers, providing a comprehensive logistics solution for the airline industry in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
* Initiate & coordinate transport bookings on our internal fleet and with external approved subcontractors.
* Provide timely and proactive updates on all movements to our customers.
* Liaise with customers, partners, shipping lines, and carriers.
* Perform general administration tasks.
* Maintain aviation security protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
You
* Have over 2 years of previous transport planning or logistics experience.
* Possess a full UK Driving License with fewer than 6 points.
* Can prioritize and organize your workload to meet tight deadlines.
* Have excellent customer service skills.
* Have a 5-year checkable employment history and the right to work in the UK.
