Private Client Support Executive - Wills & Inheritance

Our client provides expert guidance across Berkshire and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality, compassionate advice to local clients. As a Private Client Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally. You'll manage client communications, coordinate administrative processes, and support our fee earners in delivering seamless client experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in private client services within a supportive and professional environment. There is limited growth in this role and sadly our client cannot consider applications from legal graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert administrative and client support to the Wills and Inheritance team
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and professional responses
Maintain accurate client records in the Firm's CRM and internal systems
Assist with client file management, including opening, closing, and document preparation
Liaise with clients and colleagues to provide updates and information on behalf of fee earners
Uphold the highest standards of client care, confidentiality, and professionalism
Support the team in continuous improvement of administrative processes
Promote a positive and professional image of the firm to clients and external contactsSkills & Experience
Experience in client-facing or customer service roles
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Strong communication skills with active listening abilities
Adaptable, independent, and eager to learn
Previous experience in the legal sector is desirable but not essential
