As the Business Development & Community Manager, you will:
1. Lead the growth and success of Fraser House Hub, developing revenue streams through memberships, room hire, and events.
2. Build strong relationships with members and the wider business community, fostering collaboration and creating opportunities.
3. Deliver marketing and social media activity to promote Fraser House and attract new members.
4. Plan and deliver a programme of events that meet the needs of the community.
5. Represent Fraser House at external events, raising the hub’s profile and building partnerships.
6. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and membership systems to ensure operational efficiency.
7. Oversee building management, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
8. Line manage and support the Community Coordinator to ensure smooth hub operations.
What we're looking for:
9. Proven experience in business development, sales, or revenue-focused roles.
10. Experience in community or membership-based organisations is desirable.
11. Strong marketing and social media skills, with the ability to drive engagement and growth.
12. Financial acumen, including budget management and reporting.
13. Excellent communication and networking skills with business leaders and stakeholders.
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance strategic growth with day-to-day operations.
15. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and growth.
16. Passionate about supporting Lancashire’s business and innovation ecosystem.
