CNC Supervisor
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 7am–5pm, 7 days on / 7 days off
Location: Near Uxbridge

We’re supporting a leading precision engineering manufacturer near Uxbridge who are seeking a CNC Supervisor to lead their Machine Shop team.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and team performance are consistently achieved, while developing and motivating a team of skilled CNC machinists.
With a 7am–5pm, 7-on / 7-off shift pattern, this role provides a rare opportunity to earn a competitive salary while enjoying an excellent work-life balance.

CNC Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise CNC machining operations to meet production, quality, and output targets
Lead, coach, and develop a team of machinists to maintain high performance and safe working practices
Allocate workloads effectively to optimise machine and manpower utilisation
Resolve technical and operational issues to minimise downtime
Oversee inspection, quality checks, and continuous improvement activities
Conduct appraisals, manage performance, and maintain accurate production records
Promote a positive, safety-first culture across the shop floor
CNC Supervisor Profile:
Strong background in CNC machining (turning, milling, or precision engineering)
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment
Confident interpreting engineering drawings and inspection requirements
Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
Methodical, proactive, and confident managing a team
