CNC Supervisor
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 7am–5pm, 7 days on / 7 days off
Location: Near Uxbridge

We’re supporting a leading precision engineering manufacturer near Uxbridge who are seeking a CNC Supervisor to lead their Machine Shop team.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and team performance are consistently achieved, while developing and motivating a team of skilled CNC machinists.
With a 7am–5pm, 7-on / 7-off shift pattern, this role provides a rare opportunity to earn a competitive salary while enjoying an excellent work-life balance.

CNC Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Supervise CNC machining operations to meet production, quality, and output targets
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of machinists to maintain high performance and safe working practices
* Allocate workloads effectively to optimise machine and manpower utilisation
* Resolve technical and operational issues to minimise downtime
* Oversee inspection, quality checks, and continuous improvement activities
* Conduct appraisals, manage performance, and maintain accurate production records
* Promote a positive, safety-first culture across the shop floor
CNC Supervisor Profile:
* Strong background in CNC machining (turning, milling, or precision engineering)
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment
* Confident interpreting engineering drawings and inspection requirements
* Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
* Methodical, proactive, and confident managing a team
