Overview
Within the Catering Services department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual who wishes to develop both their staff management and customer service skills within a food service environment.
Role and Responsibilities
* The Role Holder (RD) will ideally have experience working within a restaurant or dining environment, with experience in managing staff, food production and stock ordering/ management.
* Good people and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate a team to deliver excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
* Experience from different catering operations is desirable, as is the ability to work within and coach teams and individuals.
* Knowledge of HACCP and practical application of Health and Safety in the workplace are essential, as is attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
