Role Description


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

* Contact prospective clients, present the organization’s offerings, and develop strong opportunities across FMCG packaging ecosystems.
* Lead high‑impact presentations, proposals, and pitches showcasing packaging prepress, CGI, and AV capabilities.
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting to closure.
* Work closely with internal teams—Production, Project Management, Technology, and Operations—to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Take complete ownership of deal execution, client servicing, and campaign performance, including post‑evaluation and reporting.
* Develop quarterly and annual revenue plans with clear KPIs and territory targets.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to leadership.
* Represent the organization at global industry events, conferences, and packaging forums.


Qualifications

* Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong skills in Account Management and building long‑lasting client relationships.
* Experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management, with a focus on process efficiency and team leadership.
* Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in global markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
* Background in packaging and premedia industries is highly preferred.
* Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.


Skills Required

* Deep domain expertise in Packaging Prepress/ Artwork Development, CGI/3D Visualization, Reprographics, and AV production workflows.
* Strong understanding of FMCG packaging lifecycle, artwork automation systems, and global print processes.
* Proven negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent strategic thinking, analytical ability, pricing strategy development, and competitive mapping.
* Demonstrated ability in closing high‑value deals across international markets, especially UK and Europe.
* Strong network within global FMCG packaging and digital content ecosystem.
* Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and work in fast‑paced global environments.


Experience Level

5+ years of previous Sales & Pre‑sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
