Job Description
This is a full‑time, permanent position working 39 hours per week (four days 09:00‑17:15 and one day 09:00‑17:30). The purpose of this role is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.
Responsibilities
* Chemistry testing
* Method verification, transfer, validation, and development
* Technical and data review
* Client communications and meetings
* Support the resolution of quality issues
* Write and review exceptions
* Lead root cause analysis and quality risk assessments
* CAPA and change controls
* Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance
* Write and review procedures, protocols, and reports
* Deputise for leadership as needed
* Support self‑inspections
* Support client audits and regulatory inspections
* Propose and implement continuous improvements
* Deliver chemistry training
Qualifications
* Experience working in a GMP/GLP environment
* Experience in a Chemistry role
* Understanding of GMP
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards
